I have had the great pleasure of working with Mike Hampton and Steam Pro the past 9 years at the DoubleTree by Hilton Virginia Beach. Steam Pro started out doing normal floor care cleaning on an “as needed” basis. Through this program, Steam Pro maintains the floor care and cleaning of our food and beverage hood systems on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual basis. Steam Pro makes it easy by charging a fixed monthly fee and scheduling all cleanings. This program has kept our hotel’s flooring looking new, fresh, and clean. And added an extra year or two to the carpet’s life. We have even added guestrooms to the program. We have also used Steam Pro for cleanup after storms and burst pipes.
